It is an Extra Virgin Olive Oil extracted uniquely by olives coming from Umbrian farms.
The Certification of traceability issued by Umbria Agrifood Technological Park (http://www.parco3a.org/) certifies the knowledge of the whole production’s die, from the single farm that supplied olives to harvest, to the product’s bottling.

The same information are at consumers’ disposal on this website. Keying the production lot’s number, printed on the bottle back, in the space provided on our website you will know in detail all the farms that supplied olives and the entire die.
