OUR OLIVES
Ground and weather conditions, production performances and agronomical techniques of processing and preservation are chosen for each one of the five separate sub-areas of production PDO “Umbria”. The oils of the five sub-areas are blends of liquids extracted grinding different olives varieties. The main olives varieties in Umbria are: Moraiolo, Leccino, Frantoio, San Felice, Pendolino, Agogia, and other varieties in a lower percentage, like Raggio, Rosciola, Canino and Maurino.
